Hello. I'm sorry to see you go. But I was hoping you could take just a minute to jot down some thoughts on why you hired someone else and what I might have done to keep you. Thank you so much!
  • I realize this is super-pointed, but I'd love to hear your honest, no-holds-barred thoughts. It really helps me know what people are thinking, as I sometimes feel like I'm operating in a bit of a black hole. This thing is anonymous so you can tell me straight - why didn't you hire me?
