Random black and whites

I unloaded some photos on my now infrequently-used "cheapie" camera. (It's kind of neat that my "cheapie" camera cost me $800 a couple years ago - we photographer people have to think about gear in the thousands at this point.) There were two keepers and they have remarkably similar compositions, so I figured I'd throw them on the internets. Georgetown engagement session | Preview

We went everywhere for this session.  And these two went to town. engaged couple at jack's boathouse engagement photos with son intelligence photo - engagement photography engagement photo in the dc metro True story: if my husband is around when I'm editing photos, I'll always bug him for his opinion.  "Hey, do you like this one?  What about this one?"  He looked through these and a couple others from this session and he says, "You really make her look like a knockout in these photos."  So cute that he thinks I can do that.  Sorry dear, but she is a knockout.
