I have a new toy – a macro filter. I got it from the Photojojo store – home of all things wonderful for photographers. If you have a photog in your life and don’t know what to get them, hop on over to that place on the web and start clicking “purchase.” (And for anyone related to me and/or giving me presents anytime soon :), I’d personally love to receive B+H gift cards. hint hint obvious hint)
After all the eating and drinking and merriment, my Aunt Sarah was actually able to gather her entire family for a photo shoot the next day. I had some ideas about orange groves, but the kids were pretty serious about getting on with the day. Instead, we took 5 minutes and walked down to this little dock right by their house. Wrangling the dog was definitely the most challenging part of this shoot!
I love this ridiculously dramatic name for a fruit stand. George and I took a short walking break from the eating on Thanksgiving to go visit this hyped-up roadside fruit stand in-between festivities on Thursday. It’s a pretty neat place, and they have juice.
