I’m always pestering clients to take me somewhere meaningful for their engagement sessions. Emily and Zach picked Rock Creek Park for theirs, showing me some of their hiking trails. And a giant rock pile, for kicks (not pictured). Zach is a birder; Emily wears heels in the woods. We got all up in nature for this photo shoot.
Susan and Senthil have had a whirlwind couple of months, and as many weddings. They made it official, Western-style, at their beautiful Comus Inn at Sugarloaf Mountain wedding this month, complete with bridesmaids in orange, a show-stealing ring bearer and plenty of laughs.
We started the day at the Courtyard Marriott Gaithersburg.
Liz and Ashwin grabbed up the last of the magnolias, along with about 5 billion tourists. So after a handful of obligatory flowering tree photos, I took them somewhere a bit more interesting – my old stomping grounds of L’Enfant Plaza. Always fun when my peeps are up for anything. And double fun when they are all giggles like these two. So looking forward to their wedding in a couple weeks!
