Emily and Zach were married at one of my favorite venues in the area, Woodend Nature Sanctuary. Not ones to let a little rain get them down, they had an emotional and very sweet ceremony filled with tears and laughter and then danced the night away. These two really know how to take care of each other.

Emily and Jon got married during one of our way-too-late freak rainstorms in the (new ceremony room!) DC courthouse. The city made it hard on me that day – crap weather outside and, if you didn’t know, the National Gallery of Art’s Modern Wing is shutting on down for something like five years, so it’s pretty bare in there. I think we made do juuuuuuust fine. Emily & Jon:

Dana and Hal were married in February, if you can believe it. For one glorious weekend, this oppressive winter we’ve been having lifted and granted them the most ridiculously beautiful day one could possibly hope for a DC winter wedding. The Josephine Butler Parks Center was a classy, bright yellow backdrop to their laughter-filled ceremony and rollicking reception. Meigh with Lula Mae did a great job putting it all together.
