I had to do some more metro riding last night and today, so I again busted out my camera on the trains. I do believe all of these are also from Washington D.C.’s L’Enfant Plaza station.
A few images from my metro travels this week. I’ve been driving to work a lot more than normal over the past few months and it’s about time I started both saving the environment a few clicks, and getting a few clicks in for myself.
Over the weekend, I went to the Newseum here in Washington, DC. We bought the Groupon ages ago and it was the last weekend to use it. The Groupon line was impressively long, all day. But my fascination with “social buying” is best espoused elsewhere. In any case, the museum was great. My two favorite exhibits were the temporary Katrina one – obviously a subject close to my heart – and the 9/11 exhibit. Black and white photos below are reflections from the 9/11 one.
