Julia and Alex are my buddies who are going to tie that knot in October this year.
Way back on when, they helped me out by modeling for me and now they're full-on engaged! We hit up Old Town, their old stomping grounds, on what was a pretty miserable, drizzly day. No worries. Alex is goofy enough to make Julia laugh and Old Town has plenty of cute little spots to bring tons of cheer to their engagement photos.

And somebody left us a heart. How convenient!
Also, y'all, they bought me Chinese food. In case you were wondering how to really tug on my heart strings. Congratulations!! I'll see you guys in October (and, you know, like a bunch before then.)
We hit up Old Town Alexandria, where they spent plenty of time before moving onwards and upwards into the big city.

Naturally, there were doggies.
The one on the right was totally insane. He's gear up and run full-speed (not much for this guy) and then get jerked back on the leash. He'd recover and by then his walker had met up with him and he's run top-speed again.
The cops ended the show, as always, but these guys had a whole motorcycle routine choreographed. As you can see, the adults were quite impressed while the children seemed to be scared out of their wits.
