Layla and Shameka got married in one of Baltimore’s coolest venues – the Corradetti Glassblowing Studio – a hip, industrial space filled with colorful glass and exposed brick. These two are a freakin’ riot and their friends are great dancers. They filled their wedding with joyous friends and family, incredibly tasty foods (courtesy of Rouge Catering) and all the 90’s jams.

We started the day at the Hotel Monaco Baltimore, one of my favorite hotels to shoot in.

I love me some birdcage veil.

I don’t get too fussy with first looks normally, but when you’ve got a beautiful staircase like this, it begs to have some bride reactions on it.

Ever resourceful / trespassy, we hopped across the street to this semi-abandoned former bank. It’s for lease, in case anyone wants to rent an enormous columned marble building in downtown Baltimore.

Then it was a quick scoot in the car to the Corradetti Glassblowing Studio for portraits and everything else.

Ooh, what a pretty venue! But also? Find out who makes her dress — that is GORGEOUS!!! I want.

Gorgeous couple, awesome venue, and lovely pictures as always. Wish I’d been at that dance party!

Hi Rebecca,

This is the dress but in a different color. My mom hand beaded the dress which really made it feel classic and bridal.

OMG, aren’t they the cutest grinning from ear to ear all day long?! Also that venue is killer!
