Jenny & Edmund | Meadowlark Botanical Gardens intimate wedding | Vienna, Virginia
Jenny and Edmund were married on a hot, bright summer day at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens in Vienna, Virginia. After some careful engineering of gazebo decorations, the site was ready for these two to tie that knot. We wrapped portraits juuuuust as the rain started to come down.
Our heroes and some close friends came early to help change the gazebo from any-old gazebo to Jenny-and-Edmund's gazebo.
It was, honestly, mad warm, so we hit some flowering trees and some quick boardwalks and bridges before ducking back inside the - phew - air-conditioned main lodge. Somehow these two managed to pull off a subtle glow, when I'm sure I looked like a sweaty mess.

We have the same problem with the sun here in Florida. Sometimes it is so hot that daytime pictures are just impossible 🙂 At least you did not have those harsh shadows. Nice job tho! Congratulations to Jenny and Edmund!!!
